Trampoline

At the Yahoo! picnic they had a bunch of stuff for kids. Live wanted to jump on the trampoline. So we waited in line for about 45 minutes. When she got in, she just stood there, biting her bottom lip with a nervous smile. After four minutes of this she got down and yelled, "I want to do that again!"

Out.

Henry got sleepy his carrier after busily sucking on the lip of the fabric. Notice how he fell asleep with his top lip firmly clamped over the edge.

Livvy has taken to complaining vocally whenever something doesn't go her way. She's been saying "You're being mean." or "That's not a nice thing to day." when you tell her she can't have a treat for breakfast -- or really refuse her anything. She also still prefaces most of her counter offers with "well." Examples: "Dad, can I have a treat for breakfast?" "No, Liv, not for breakfast." "Well, that's not a nice thing to say. You're being mean." All said with a pout.

when you take flash pictures of an infant while they are wildly swinging back and forth in a cradle swing.

Drool

This boy drools. If you get him anywhere near a vertical position, it just flows out. I don't remember this volume and/or quantity with Liv -- at least until she started teething (t-to-the-e-teething!). He wears a bib or wears clothing with a soaked chest. Thankfully, saliva from a baby is nearly as nasty as saliva from a full grown human.
