I will always...
Toddlers are pretty declarative creatures. They use "I will never..." and "I will always..." liberally and Liv is no exception.
Sometimes these are a little disheartening. "I will never share my toys with X, because I don't like him."
And other times far more endearing. My favorite example:
"I will always love Henry and I will never be rude to him."
We try to reinforce that one. "That's a great goal to have!"
Happy Father's Day
Olivia made me a card for Father's Day at school. In the inside the teacher had written a few questions and Olivia's responses.
Here is what it said:
"What is a father?" "Our Dads" "What does he do?" "Work" "What does he do best?" "Hugs me" "What does he look like?" "Curly hair and blue eyes like me."This would be sad if it weren't so sweet. "What does he do?" Sheesh.
